Book on lowest Meal Plan, that will give your couple freedom to dine around. visit other restaurants and have good food depending on your mood and without the need to be punctual. But if you want to save money than having Full Board or All Inclusive will be better.
As soon you get to island ask resort front desk the type of excursions they have, if they have dolphin cruise, sunset cruise, enrole your name on it. The excursions are scheduled and generaly its always affordable. Apart from these there are always Island Hopping, Night Fishing and Big Game fishing and etc. We recommend night fishing, but island hopping will take lot of your romantic time but you may think of it too. All excursions are good for your trip.
